"Hotel is modern and clean, room was spacious, staff were very helpful. Great location - walkable to shopping area as well as to the riverside district. The biggest downside is the lack of sound insulation in the room. Any and all noise from the hallway is transmitted into the room - would suggest to management that some thought needs to be given to this issue, and measures implemented to reduce this. For example, seals in the door frames."

"Great little hotel, staff are super friendly and always willing to help. Room itself was great, clean and just what you need. There is some works taking place on the corner but it wasn't too bad. Parking is a bit steep though so watch out for that but with the good rate for the room it all worked out quite good."

"Perfect location right downtown, opposite Roma Parkland. The room outlook was pleasant and tranquil (especially considering the downtown location!) and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!"

"Swiss bel-hotel is very well situated near the Gabba, easy bus ride to Southbank, walk approx 35mins ( unless U are a look around as you walk type person, it may take longer) Taxi ride 7 - 10mins to The Star Casino Dont get ripped off, like i did eg - taxi friday morning to The Star - $15 Taxi Sat night from the abv Loc - $35 Taxi Sun morng to the abv Loc - $17.50 Ahhhh! Maybe dont catch a Taxi 😂😂 Unfortunately there was No washing up items fir the Dishes, i had to leave them on the bench - NOT something i like doing Gr8 friendly staff across the Hotel areas 🙏❤️👍"
