Very complicated to get your vehicle as you have to sign up in their website, which requires you to share your credit card information with someone you have no idea who it is or how they might use it. Plus, it's $55 per night. Hotel staff graciously handled my complaint and fetched my car, but it clearly is a customer service issue...
