"Avoid. Not clean. Not well maintained. Extremely noisy neighbors at night. Administrative staff is reasonable. Agreed to reduce three nights trip to one night. Get refund."

"Sheets were clean. Bathroom was as clean as it could be. Afraid to touch almost anything else. Carpet installed in front of closet bifold door so it couldn’t be opened. Gap on room door was wide enough to see into the hallway. Elevator made scary sounds and bumps, not level with floor. Not their fault, but Street Road is very noisy, had sound machine and fan on as high as they would go and still sounded like a drag strip. Would not go back, would not recommend."

"I’ve stayed here several times and this was my first not so good experience. The generator outside my room woke me up for a couple hours during the night. Realized there was no shampoo in the bottle in the midst of my shower; requested shampoo from front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a bottle. "

"Such a fun stay, the jacuzzi was amazing and the room decor was hilarious (we were in the jungle 🌴🐒). I did think there was a pool for all of the guests but I guess there are only a few rooms that have their own private pool. Will have to upgrade next time! Breakfast is very spare - boxes of cereal, packaged honey buns and the smallest apples you’ve ever seen. If you’re ubering make sure not to confuse the location with the cherry hill location!"
