"The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room we had offered a great view on the north side of the lake and Torbole downtown. Side note: the hotel entrance is next to the street, with no transit parking, which complexifies arrival, unless you're lucky enough to find a parking accross the street, or arrange for a parking first with the hotel (they offer a parking 150 metres from the hotel)"
