"Modern hotel with access for guests to the spa and its 5 saunas and pool. Extra charge to access the pool with dead sea salt extracts was worth it. Great breakfast buffet included.Highly recommended."
"As much as we liked the view from our room, the location of the hotel, and the included breakfasts we will likely seek another hotel should we return to the area in the future. The room was small for three adults. We had a lot of access issues with our room cards (at times they worked other times not during midday). The water park was way too crowded. We were told we would have to pay extra for the hotel’s pool access which seems ridiculous and is not made clear in the hotel’s advertisement....
"Overall a good place to stay if you’re just there to sleep. Small but the outdoor area was a nice touch. There is a fridge and dishes in the eating area if you bring food. The only issue is there is no place to wash the dishes (besides your own room) so you don’t know if the dishes that were put back are actually clean. "
"The hotel could really stand out if the staff showed more motivation and a genuine desire to provide good service. It feels like the guest experience just isn’t a priority."
"This hotel is a grand old manor house. The rooms are large and the furnishings are antiques. The staff is great, the breakfast nice and it was a very pleasant experience. "
"Very pleased with our stay at Tervis, room was clean, comfy and warm, bed was super comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast good, didn't get chance to use the pool or gym but looked great too. Will be back soon :)"
"We booked a room for three, and the room was very very small. Three beds and then there was almost no room for anything else. Probably it was only a double bedroom.
The room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. Unfortunately there was also no air-conditioning and the air was really bad. Because it was hot we had to open the window. But as there were huge trees in front if the window we had a lot of mosquitoes that night.
All in all what we paid for that night was far too much and...
