"Wonderful hotel great rooms superb shower and bed with duvets !! Very convenient location 2 items were not working. Check in at the kiosk. And very lengthy and complicated wifi setup why not simply with the name and room number ?"

"This hotel is located near BER airport. You can reach a hotel by parking bus service or public bus transportation. Clean room. Staff were helpful and kind. Price was not excessive. Really limited amenity. No kettle, coffee maker, and no refrigerator in the room. But you could get hot water at front desk. Nothing restaurants and confinement store around the hotel. ( airport has some restaurants, cafe, supermarket)"

"Clean room, friendly staff, handy bus to and from the airport. The only negative was the room was too warm (24 degrees) and the aircon could only go down to 19 degrees and didn’t make any difference at all to the room temperature. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice quaint spot in the country. The food was great! Only complaint was that it could use a coffee machine in the room as we had to leave early before the breakfast. The cleaning woman in the restaurant made us 2 coffees to go. That was very nice."

"The hotel was good but not superb according to the price range. It was quiet which suited us and overall good. The staff was nice but slightly awkward, one person at the reception didn't speak English. The sauna was nice, too while the female dressing room was closed due to works. I think within our stay of 5 nights the room was done about twice. This was a bit strange but sufficient for us. Once we came back after a race at 15:00, they just wanted to start cleaning then but my partner needed to shower... There was a kettle but never any black tea bags (annoying for Irish guests maybe?) or milk which was a bit of a hussle. We got milk downstairs at the coffee machine and ask for tea bags, also had some on our own. There is a supermarket 5 min away which was great, also a nice Chinese Restaurant in Mahlow (25 min walk next to train station), and the airport travel via public transport was very quick using 600 bus at the shops (once per hour) and then the train from Wasmansdorf (one stop only). You need zone C for public transport! The forest trail and wall walkway was nice for cycling! Thank you overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Nobody was at reception , nobody answered the phone or reacted to our messages . We had to book another hotel and have asked Expedia to open a case for a refund ."

"The resort was excellent and the pools were warm and clean. The Sauna in my room was amazing. Checking in after 9 is painful."

"We booked a room inside the dome expecting convenience, but the location was surprisingly far from the pools. The room itself was disappointing as we found sand on the bed, dust throughout, and several maintenance issues. The sink wasn’t draining properly, which made showering difficult since we had to keep turning the water off and on to prevent the shower box from flooding. The Wi‑Fi also didn’t work inside the room despite showing full signal. We requested a room change, but the alternative offered was even farther away and in worse condition. The pools, however, were excellent, well maintained and easily the best part of the stay. It’s unfortunate that the room experience didn’t match the quality of the pool area."
