It was an amazing stay and the only thing missing was that the hotel did not provide sandals even for sale at a cheaper price which would have been great from a customers point of view.

Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport by IHG
The front doors were not working on arrival. Room was nice but wall plug pulling out of wall and bed light wouldn’t work, no body gel on shower. We were expecting a special NYE menu but it was limited pub style menu. One server so 2 managers assisted. Disappointing for NYE.

The room was much larger than I expected. They provided all bathing essentials and the shower was phenomenal with water pressure. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly.
