"We had a fire alarm evacuation by 23h was ok but no sorry from staff and no little extra to make the guess feel like the hotel was understanding the incomfort of all the guests. No need for any kind of refund of course but a little acknoledgment from the direction would have been to my opinion the minimum in this type of Hotel. The staff is pleasant but will not make the extra mile to anticipate guest need. Unfortunetly some guests will look for these kind of actions in a four star hotel. Anyway not bad and very clean room and lobby food is great but what make the heart of an Hotel is the wilingness of Associates to go beyong expectations of guests. Haven’t seen it unfortunetly.
