perfect location, very decent for the price; very sweet and friendly vibes in the dining and common area where backpackers from all over the world cook, eat, work on their computers, chat together. breakfast is simple but not bad at all - tea/coffee, bread/bagel, milk cereal and fruits.

I arrived at approximately 1:30am due to a flight delay. Check in was quick and simple. Room was very warm when I entered. My personal light at my bed was disconnected and there was no electrical outlet nearby. I was also not able to charge my phone because of this. Washrooms regularly seemed to be running low on tissue. Expect a continental breakfast so don't expect an egg, bacon, sandwich made to order as others have mentioned. On the positive side, the staff here was really friendly and will help you with your reasonable needs. Great hostel group activities.

女性ドミに泊まりました。 搭乗券を無料で印刷してもらえました。 最上階9階だったので、エレベーター1っはとても不便でした。 キッチンと共有スペースがキャパオーバーでした。飯時になると使えません。 窓際に置いておいた洗濯石鹸が無くなっていました。恐らく残り少なかったので、清掃の方がゴミだと思って包み紙ごと捨てたのだと思います。長旅だったので大切に使っていました。窓際に置いてるものを捨てるのはどうかなと思います。

they charged my card even though I did not stay their, and requested for my booking to be canceled my booking. I made the booking less than 2hrs before I showed up to the property yet they still charged me. Not ethical at all.

We were in are own room with bathoom in it. Room was ok size, bathroom was ok. Everything was clean. The bed was small for 2 people and room tile floor was freezing! TV in the room didn't work, but that was ok, because we didn't spend a lot a time in the room. Staff were nice and helpfull. Hostel location is perfect middle of city and not far from trainstation and metro lines.

Location location location

Great location walkable from train station. Nice atmosphere, bar downstairs, breakfast is regular since it lack choices and no eggs. On the negative, find the bed a little hard and uncomfortable but sleepable. Bathrooms are ok but could be cleaner. Cant complain for the price.

Upsetting experience

I had booked one bed in a 4-bed female only dorm room. I woke up to find one of my roomates was a male (not LGBTQ2+, but just a guy). I was very upset and immediately went to the front desk to find out how this could have happened. They didn't have an answer, were apologetic and refunded my night's rate. While I appreciate this, it still should not have happened in the first place!

Decent location, very helpful staff, good WiFi, free breakfast was nice. I found the top bunk pretty uncomfortable and I think others did too because it was generally unpopular. The bathrooms were cramped and not configured well. The guests were quiet and considerate, for which I was very grateful. I would have been miserable in a hard-drinking, hard-partying hostel.
