"Most of the staff was courteous and helpful. On one or two occasions that was not the case, in that staff did not take the extra step to solve a problem but merely suggested that we try to work it out ourselves. The lack of a concierge with real knowledge of restaurants, locations, etc. was a problem for us. With dozens of restaurants in the area of the hotel we were directed by the desk to a pizza/burger pub in answer to "where can we find a nice, quiet and good place for dinner."
We liked the room and the refrigerator, and the bathroom, and especially the breakfast, which was generous, high quality and well-staffed."
