"Great hotel, well appointed comfortable rooms, bed. Located close to arena and ballpark, close to waterfront. Proximity to parkway produce traffic jams so getting an Uber difficult at certain times - no problem if you’re walking. Did seem to be a significant number of drivers trying out their high powered cars late or early - quite noisy that way."

"We chose this hotel on a whim and I I am so glad we made the decision. I cannot say enough about how personable the staff were. When we arrived we were taken on a personal tour of the facility. The room was amazing and we never wanted to leave the Hastens bed. It was such a special experience."

"The room we stayed in was an amazing size loads of room for 4 adults. Great to have 2 bathrooms and very clean.Sofa bed could have had a better mattress as sleeping on it for a week was uncomfortable. View from window was great.Staff were very friendly and attentive to all your needs. Spa was amazing and so was my treatment staff friendly and helpful. "Beautiful hotel. Lobby/entrance is visually stunning, not like modern sterile hotels. The room itself was spacious/updated and comfortable. We had some drinks at their bar and both the service and drinks were excellent. The hotel is priced well for Toronto and I would definitely stay here again next time in Toronto."

"The hotel was perfectly located for thr Rogers Centre, Ripleys Aquarium and Metro Toronto Convention centre. The Staff were so friendly and even surprised us wotb balloons and cookies for our anniversary. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. Definitely would return!"

"We were able to check in early, which was fantastic, however there was very loud drilling while we were trying to relax in our room. I emailed the concierge asking how long the drilling would continue, but received no reply. We ended up going out 2 hours earlier than planned because the drilling was so disruptive. "
