I had a great stay at Modern Downtown Suites. The place was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Communication with the host was smooth, and everything went as expected. I was very satisfied with my stay and would happily recommend it to others.

The place was great for us on amenities and the close location to the train station. I would highly recommend it. The only feedback that I have on this place is that the flooring around the bathroom had some damage. Along with the blinds in the bedroom were missing panels.

Check-in and access to the property was a challenge. The floors were dirty. The shower is a slippery hazard. The power button to the washing machine was broken and couldn’t be used. The view is spectacular! The balcony is spacious and the unit is nice and modern. Excellent location near shops and restaurants.

The washer spin mechanism was broken, I had to add a rinse/spin cycle almost every time. The washroom shower head was leaking and the sink faucet was wobbly; both of which need fixation. The fridge had strange odor. Location was superb and all amenities at walking distance. Large condo with large walking closet (please add long standing mirror)

Perfect location! Super close to main attractions. The condo is a perfect size with beautiful views from the balcony. Sofa could be replaced and walls and carpet could be replaced and windows cleaned but it was the perfect place to stay for a concert.
