The room was naturally cool (it was hot outside), it had a working refrigerator, and a comfortable bed, and a comfortable couch to sit on, very rare in my experience. We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."
