"Clean room good service "

"It was an unexpected surprise to be charged for parking. Maybe it was indicated somewhere, but mot obvious. It would be nice to know this before reserving, and to be told about it at checkin. Not nice to be surprised."

"Mountain View room was nice and staff was very pleasant. Especially Beverly. She addressed a problem with my original room by providing me another room immediately. That was incredibly appreciated. "

"I checked in after 10:30pm and woke up at 3am to a motorcycle that kept revving his engine to wake everyone, not sure what was going on but couldn’t get back to sleep as all the noise was right outside my door. Ended up checking out by 3:45am. Very disappointed because I was driving to Waco, TX from there, really needed the rest. : ("

"It is an Extended Stay hotel with a nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Neighborhood not too load but not very quiet since by freeway. "

"We were looking forward to some time in the pool, however the pool was not available. Closed for emergency maintenance. The Manager compensated us with a discounted night. The room was large and well equipped. Happy hour was nice, but the included breakfast was a better feature."

"Love it but I had gone there to avoided waking up very early to attend a meeting. 4:30 am I hear a machine pounding and saws from construction so ended up waking up early anyway. I was offered a treat or to take valet cost off to compensate me..wow! "

"When we got there only one persons to help and there was afew people so it took awhile to get checked in and then we were told the elevator was not work and we could go somewhere else if we liked but after a 3 hour drive and it was getting late what could we do but climb up 6 floors and ruined are night"
