"Second time staying in Aquitania. Belén is the best. She recognized us the moment we arrived, and took great care of us, making us feel at home. Belén even said farewell and inquiry about our experience when we ran into her on the streets when we were getting a taxi to the airport. This great hotel has a rooftop pool, which is a plus. "The staff here were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. However, the apartment itself fell short. The location is quite far from the city center. While the room overall was just okay, there was an odd smell in the rooms, and the bathroom door can’t be locked. It has potential, but the maintenance issues definitely need to be addressed."

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."
