"Comfortable bed clean room "

"This hotel has seen better days, but the view can't be seen from anywhere even remotely in its price range. Unfortunately there were some issues with my room. The carpet was very wet right next to the bed and so it was musty and I got wet socks getting out of bed. It's likely it was from the aircon unit but nonetheless it's not what I'd expect. "Communication at check-in was disappointing. The staff member spoke to me without properly explaining the property layout or showing where my room was located. There is rarely anyone at reception — it was completely closed at 1 pm. I tried calling the number listed on the front door, but no one answered at first. When I eventually got through, I mentioned that there was no cutlery in the room. I was told they don’t provide cutlery for short stays, which is absurd — I’ve never stayed anywhere...

"Had to chase up Motel for after hours details for entry and key for room. Front door of room seemed to have a fist sized dent - air con was very old and rattled very badly so had to turn off. Could not open front window for air flow and small window in bathroom had locks and after front door issue did not feel safe to open"

"This hotel is conveniently located with good transport links to Adelaide CBD and other parts of the city. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity so spoilt for choice. The hotel room we had was situated outside the hotel very close to the swimming pool. The layout of the room was a bit strange because it was a partial wall between the bedroom and the living room without any doors so if o e wanted to watch TV it would affect the person on the bedroom.
