"We really enjoyed our stay here, it was a very large room with two queen beds. Perfect location, so close to Cours Saleya market and the Nice beaches... Would highly recommend staying here"

"Sehr schöne große Zimmer. Wirkt recht neu bzw. gut gepflegt. Alles sauber. Große bequeme Betten. Super Klimaanlage im Sommer bei 35 Grad Außentemperatur. Kleiner Nachteil sind die 60 Stufen in den 3ten. Stock. Lage ist perfekt. 200 Meter bis zur Innentadt. 200 Meter bis zur Altstadt. 400 Meter bis zum Strand."

"The staff was great but there were things out of their control that they could do nothing about. Firstly, the location is debatable. Though located within an area that makes it walkable to many places, the homeless, mentally ill, and shady characters that loiter within a several block radius leaves a lot to be desired. "Our room was lovely. The cleaning staff came everyday and provided new towels and made the bed. The air conditioning was very cold. The front desk staff was lovely. It was only a few blocks to the main pedestrian walk and the beach club we love to sit at."
