"We had an amazing time here! Stefano is the absolute greatest at taking care of travel details- we arrived at 1am from our flight and there was a crib set up with cute little blankets and a pillow for our toddler. He texted us before we arrived through the What's App to help us check in virtually. He also recommended many amazing restaurants for us and placed a takeout order for us one night since our Italian is non bueno! This was also a fantastic stay for the price. Cannot recommend this place...

"Empfangsbereich unpersönlich, Glasscheibe mit kleinem Schlitz zum Durchreichen. Mobilhome- keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher (wurde nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage beschafft). Wasserarmaturen tropften, Wasserspülung WC wenig Wasserdruck. Küchenutensilien mangelhaft. Swimmingpool konnte nur mit Badekappe benutzt werden. Im See baden ging leider gar nicht, da durch Algenablagerung verschmutzt."

"We used this Hotel as a stop over for one night on our travels around Europe. We are British, they spoke perfect English and made us feel welcome. The rooms and en suits were large with a safe, hairdryer etc everything that top hotels offer. Reserved us a table at the best restaurant on the lake which was some of the best food and wine ever tasted. The breakfast was great at the hotel so all together one of our best stops. "Very friendly helpful staff always on hand. The hotel was in a great location for my needs and the room and bathroom I was allocated was excellent. Housekeeping kept the room and bathroom really clean during my stay, I will stay here again."
