Right in the heart of medieval Toledo this hotel is a gem, created from old medieval buildings but with contemporary style which retains the original features. The room was excellent with a stunning view out over the rooftops. Everything we needed was provided and shower was excellent. We visited this parador for 2 nights and the view of the town makes this hotel spacial, both in the day and at night.
It's not walkable to town (well it is but a good 40 mins) so a taxi is an inexpensive way to go in.
If you drive parking is easy and convenient, with elevators saving you a long walk uphill! So well organised. If you do drive in to town, park in 2 different places as you will get a different perspective of the town.
We only had a snack at the hotel so cannot comment about the...

Loved the room and the gardens, lovely small pool to cool down after site seeing, friendly staff, conveniently located next to the escalators into town.
