Avoid at all costs

Booked the most expensive room was placed into a basement service quarter room marked as private with no other rooms on that "floor" in the middle of the coldest rainiest season with a child with no hot water, wifi, non-working stove or even blankets. Totally avoided my calls, what's apps or emails ( they are never at the reception) as they know they messed it up. Had to book ourselves into another hotel for the rest of the stay. Of course no refund either. Total disgrace.

Precio muy competitivo en temporada baja

Un hotel muy económico en el centro del pueblo y que nos vino estupendo para descansar. Usamos el código recibido para entrar porque no vimos a nadie ni a la entrada ni a la salida (no teníamos desayuno contratado). Por lo demás, todo bien. Sobre todo a un precio muy competitivo al ser temporada baja (enero).
