"I will give 5 star to pools and amenities for the resort. You always have an acces to a cold spring water to drink near the pools. Pools are nive clean, pleasant to spent long time in them. There is no daily housekeeping if it is important to you. I personally like to do an exchange of towels or ask for shampoo or anything else rather than someone coming and cleaning my place. We stayed at a poolside, the floors very nice( not - carpet), but the floors weren't clean. Bedding was clean which is very important for me. They have a microwave, reftegerator and tables with chairs. I love to bring my food with me which work so grate. The doors from halfway to pools was dirty. I love this place but they need to do better cleaning. I personally always take cleaning solutions for bathtub and toilet t I this kind of hotels to make my stay more pleasant."

"This property was very surprising. I booked minutes before our arrival and did not receive and review the checkin details with required documentation uploads. Once we were directed to the checkin booth and finished our arrival documentation, the rest was seamless. At first glance it appeared to be a property in disarray and repair. Once we realized it was off season for the retreat and restaurant, we understood the maintenance activity. The bungalow was wonderful, our view was spectacular. There was a very well appointed kitchen for cooking, ample seating areas inside and out, comfortable bedding and linens and reading material. We completely enjoyed our overnight stay and would have stayed longer. We followed the property map and I was quite surprised when we found the pool and hot tub as I assumed these may be in need of repair on off season as well. I sensed the pool and hot tub were grand in their day and this added to the charm of the location."

"The couple that ran the desk were so sweet and friendly! They allowed me to check in slightly early, answered all my questions, and even pruned the rose bushes in the courtyard! I had such a wonderful stay, the pool is beautiful, great for cooling off, can’t wait to return soon!!! Thank you again!"

"Middle of summer and it's 110 degrees out and the air conditioner was not on. It was 11:00pm, after a long drive and the room was an oven. It never really cooled down-miserable. Room clean and huge - great ice machine. Convenient. Would be 5 stars had the room been at least cooled to high 80's holding for a checkin."

"Beyond expectations, the Jade Room at Sacred Sands was spotless, well-appointed and incredibly comfortable. Spacious bathroom and plentiful towels. The outdoor star-gazing bed was incredible for watching the shooting stars. The entire property is well-maintained, organized and clean. The only place I will stay in JT in the future, hands down. Can't wait to bring my friends! So grateful to have found this place!!!"
