Hotel was closed. I didn't have the opportunity to stay in this Hotel. No reception desk contact. Waiting for money back immediately!

Drobne mankamenty w pokoju typu uszkodzone gniazdko i lampka, butelka po piwie pod łóżkiem ;) poza tym całkiem dobrze. Śniadania proste podawane przez obsługę. Lokalizacja w samym centrum. Bardzo blisko wszędzie ale w nocy głośno jak chodzą grupki imprezowiczów, którzy właśnie odkryli swoje talenty wokalne. Mimo to mogę polecić ten hotel

I gå afstand til den gamle del af byen. Alt var rart og rent. Vil kan anbefale hotellet til andre der besøger Torun. Dejlig morgenmad med et godt udvalg.

Very loud, uncomfortable bed, pillows too small, shouting from the streets. We didnt sleep well. Not sure if its the location or very soft mattress and pillows.

beautiful hotel! i love the interior design and the top roof window! staff are friendly with smile on their face. I had to take an early bus and couldnt eat the paid breakfast (they offer breakfast from 7am), they kindly packed the breakfast for me to take away! just a few walks to the old town. the only downside is no elevator. But it's ok. The staff took the baggage to the 3rd floor for me!

a stay at the beach

We had no WiFi in the room. This was to be fixed on Monday, we were scheduled to leavet Sunday. Parking was charged as an extra, 10 euros. This was not communicated on check in and the room info said it was 8 euros. Although the hotel was beautiful we felt communications were very poor and guests did not mater that much.

Dawno nie byłem w tak dobrze zorganizowanym hotelu. Cena świetna, wygląd apartamentu znacznie powyżej oczekiwań, lokalizacja na samym starym mieście. Obok sklepy i miejsca do spacerów. Śniadania bardzo bogate, bufet jak w drogich sieciowych hotelach. Kuchnia w apartamencie pozwala na samodzielne gotowanie. Będąc w Toruniu na pewno wrócę :)

Polecany hotel

Mając wolne dni, postanowiliśmy z żoną że odwiedzimy znajomych w Toruniu, a przy okazji zwiedzimy miasto Kopernika. Aby nie robić kłopotu znajomym z noclegiem, postanowiliśmy zanocować w hotelu. Wybór padł na hotel heban. Był to bardzo dobry wybór. Jeżeli następnym razem będę potrzebował noclegu w Toruniu, mój wybór będzie oczywisty, hotel HEBAN

Recommend this hotel.

We were very happy with the hotel and the staff. The room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was traditional polish, which is not very exciting but helped you start the day.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce na nocleg. Bardzo kompetentna, miła i uprzejma obsługa. Śniadania bardzo smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Był to miły pobyt.

Ottima sistemazione nel centro medievale

La family room è un trilocale spazioso e silenzioso. La dotazione dell'angolo cottura inizialmente nulla è poi stata integrata prontamente. Personale molto gentile è disponibile. Posizione centrale perfetta. Unico appunto la colazione senza dolci.

A gem in the old town of Torun

I spent three nights at the Heban on a bed and breakfast basis and I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be located in the heart of the old town but in a quiet street. The room we stayed in was in the main part of the Hotel ( there is an annexe building across the road also belonging to the Hotel ) and it was comfortable, roomy with a lovely bathroom and great shower. The breakfast offer was comprehensive - a pity about the coffee though as it was instant. The staff were very helpful and provided us with an adaptor as the one we had was not suitable. This is a good place to stay if you want something authentically Polish, with a small number of rooms and being very central for the Old Town of Torun. If you are looking for something modern, busy with a late night bar - this is not the hotel for you.
