"Ocean view; very clean room "

"Our first night room was not so nice. We spoke to Marc at the front desk. With no hesitation. He made it right with a 2nd floor ocean view room. It made our stay wonderful. Hats off to Marc for taken care of us. Customer Service is top of mind for him! The other interaction with staff where also top shelf. Pleasant and accommodating. We would have no hesitation staying at the Emerald Shores again "

" You'll pay a parking fee, but not guaranteed a spot. The first room smelled of boiled macaroni, we got moved to another room which was fine until the unit above us leaked from the shower into our room. Booked with one card, but paid with another card and of course they charged both cards. Still waiting for a refund 5 days later. Front desk staff has zero customer service skills. This hotel has really gone downhill since management changed. The rooms are dirty. They obviously don't sweep or mop the room floors. The hallway floors were caked in dirt as well. Which would be totally easy considering they're tile. The housekeeping manager was hiding out behind the front desk rather than our doing some much needed cleaning. Jenna was the only good thing about our stay. Jenna was fantastic."
