"The room was filthy, stains on the carpet with worn furniture. Only 1 elevator worked. The restaurant was far from impressive. I went to the front desk to show them the pictures from Hotels.com and they said the photos were not of their rooms, only the view from the window???"
"Below average as is not only outdated but smelly. We had 2 rooms and one could not be used to shower as the place was poorly designed and the shower water run out of the bathroom towards the room’s floor. there was no bath/edge to contain the water in the shower area. There are weird steps inside the room, catching my toes every time I walked to the toilet. There were drilling noises coming from next door at midnight. The staff said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even offer to change rooms. I’ll be back next week to town but cannot stay there again. Too many options in the area to bother with bad service and facilities again. "
"This hotel is just beautiful. Maria is an amazing and caring host in her fourth generation Chilean home. It’s beautiful. Tasteful rooms and and a lovely rustic homely feel to it. Would highly recommend. "
