"Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom ..."

"The air conditioning was broken in the first room, so I was moved to another that had a fuse box making concerning noises. The air conditioning in the second room was not much better, and the breakfast was abysmal. The staff, however, were polite and helpful throughout."
