Be weary of African Gangs on the slope leading up to the Sacre Coeur who try and tie threads around your fingers then demand money. They work in a pack, they tried separating us then demanding money. Was very intimidating and am grateful my husband stood up against them so we came off light. Dont think others were as lucky.
