The rooms are nothing as displayed on the website. The front desk staff are not transparent on their policies- we were not told that ATV rides were at a cost and only charged at checkout. Loved it! Beautiful resort, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Interesting safari experience with plenty of time for photos and questions. It is a conservation reserve but felt like a safari. Saw 4 of the big 5 plus hippos and cheetahs
