"We had a fantastic stay. Hotel was clean and staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay here again, it was a perfect place to stay while moving our daughter out of college at GCU."

"For the price of the room, it is very basic. There is no breakfast included. They don’t even have coffee in the lobby. I was assigned a handicap room, which is great for people with handicap but terrible for somebody who doesn’t have one. There’s no space in the bathroom to even put your toiletries because they needed to save room for a wheelchair. The shampoo and conditioner dispensersin the shower were both empty."

"The property is lovely. The staff are fantastic. I had a medical emergency and they helped me deal with that so I would say the staff at that particular location are really on the ball. They have everything covered as far as I could see. Anybody staying there would be in good hands at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Phoenix Biltmore location. Plus the area has a lot to offer. Lovely stay"

"My wife and her mother stayed here and I was concerned about having them stay in a Motel 6 but it got such a great reviews that they thought they’d give it a try. But television wouldn’t work and they couldn’t get into the room at first. It seemed like a very sketchy area and they didn’t feel safe."

"I was in 309 the traffic was bad specially Saturday night there was a racing up and down that street kids to hollering and screaming in the streets it was very noisy I didn’t sleep very well but everything was clean your staff was good it was just hard to sleep on that side"

"I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know.
