"The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. "The breakfast bar was nearly EMPTY at 815am. It was advertised from 6 to 10. I asked if they would provide more eggs, sausage and muffins and the staff said no. Thsre was ONE piece of toast, 2 bagels and 5 muffins left for us. "
