"The house was amazing. Clean, and had every amenity imaginable. Full service kitchen. Multiple TV and sitting areas. Pool table, ping pong table, cards, board games. There was a full individually prepared breakfast every morning with fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, the works. "Staff was amazing, and communication during and after booking was excellent. The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. "Had a wonderful 3 days here. Madeleine and Ken, were excellent and helpful hosts, providing suggestions for walks, wineries and restaurants. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We particularly loved the fresh homemade muffins and scones. Lovely touch to have access to complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks through the day as well. Great location, comfortable room and an easy walk into town. "

"We loved our stay at Magnolia Place! This was the perfect place for our first trip to the Finger Lakes. The location is definitely the best you will find. Our room was well maintained and the breakfasts were amazing!! Our hosts took time each morning to check in with us and offer ideas for each day. We will definitely book again when our travels take us back to this area! "

"Our stay at the Fox and the Grapes was excellent! We throughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the main fireplace in the great room/lobby, and fireplace in our East Lake room. This was the perfect home base for our Seneca Lake wine tour! We enjoyed meeting Guinness, the friendly B&B German shorthair pointer, who made us feel welcome as well. We will definitely be coming back! "
