"Very clean and very modern. Luckily only staying one night as only having 2 hangers would not be enough to hang clothes from my suitcase. The breakfast had the orange juice machine not working, the yogurt in the fridge was not being refilled, no butter (but did have margerine) for bagels, but no bread of any kind for toast (although there were two toasters); the one waffle maker didn't work; and the coffee machine was not working so the front desk had to keep making a carafe of coffee which quickly emptied and more had to be made. Seemed like either the supply truck hadn't arrived or not enough staff to cover the morning rush."

"Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were personally taken care of by the very thoughtful owners. What a wonderful property and location- the restaurant at the property was delicious! Everything was tasteful and spotless, we will definitely return and tell everyone about it. The beds and pillows were so perfect and the cleanliness was top notch. When in Ellicotville make this your destination!"

"Enjoyable location, helpful staff, great for groups, would be fun for a wedding party. Spiral stairs are a bit of a challenge with no bathroom upstairs but the view is worth it. The train goes by a lot which is charming if you like trains but may be off-putting to some. Salt water hot tub was nice in the evening and sauna after breakfast and a few beach walks made it a memorable stay."
