"My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts.
Already looking to book another trip here!"

"Best stay we have had in the 3 years we have been to Hakuba. Service was great and transport to ski resorts and back was so helpful.
