Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped.

I didnt use much of the amenities or parking. However, it did meet the needs for my short trip in osaka and for me it was very spacious. Im 315lbs.

Very convenient location to the main transportation hub with tons of shopping and food options. which can also be crazy crowded and packed with people. However, once you get the hang of it, it’s fairly easy to navigate. Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful, and professional. Would definitely stay ...
