"The property is an historic hotel building right on the downtown core - completely renovated, refurbished and redecorated beautifully. Very attentive and helpful staff, the rooms are modernised, updated fixtures and fittings, extremely comfortable beds...... this is a great place to stay in Trail."

"The room was clean enough, the hot water was either extremely hot or only warm ish. Our tub also did not plug. The staff wasn’t very cheery, and when we went to check out there wasn’t anyone there. Fine enough for a run of the mill hotel. Also the restaurant hours aren’t great, I wouldn’t plan to eat there"
