"I was never able to get to the hotel due to road closures caused by flooding in the area. The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. We were lucky to eventually drive out of the scary dangerous roads. A refund request was denied by the hotel. While I understand the policy, I don’t understand why the hotel never...

"Everything was amazing. Staff was cooperative. View was fantastic. Rooms were clean. Restaurant was great. Very nice food. Only one draw back was Expedia did not mentioned in room description that there were 80 + steps to climb to go to family rooms. But staff helped us go up and down in golf cart which they said they do not do normally.
I would come again for view and great service they provided.
My therapeutical massage was cherry on top. Overall great experience. Relaxed and enjoyed this...
