There was more than 167 minute wait to speak to a representative, so I attempted to clear the issue through the sites AI. After a several attempts, I got nowhere as the connection kept being interrupted and eventually locked up. I have been a hotels.com customer for years, and this was my first negative experience."

Walls were dirty, food left in the fridge, hair on the bathroom walls, an almost empty roll of toilet paper on the roll, the shampoo and conditioner left on the counter was spilled and dried all over the bottle and counter, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke.
