"The staff was fantastic! Our room was not ready and we were surprisingly upgraded to an incredible suite! Everything about the room was amazing: the view, short walk to the rooftop bar, and the balcony!!! I cannot imagine a better room for a week in Traverse City. The only negative was it was surprisingly dirty. Considering the view, the windows really needed to be cleaned and the dust build up on the molding and carpet was disappointing. Overall, our experience at Park Place Hotel was excellent. We will stay there again without hesitation, especially if we can secure a 9th floor suite! "
