"The location is excellent, right in the middle of Washingtonian Center. But the lobby is drab and depressing and parking is annoying and a hassle in the public garage across the street. Most of all the restaurant on property is disappointing. Don’t opt for the ripoff included breakfast, it’s overpriced and limited (id small coffee plus one of two choices on the menu) and there are places right outside the hotel. We were there on the 4th of July and the bar closed for the night."

"The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer. I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair...

"Dirty, old, all broken"

"The room was not clean- mold in the bathroom, dust on all surfaces, some dried coffee drips down the wall. Room smelled weird. Floors were not clean. Overnight the entire parking lot filled with busses- took every spot available. There were broken down cars in the lot as well. Pool is shared with a neighboring hotel and was closed. We were only given two towels for our room (with 5 people). Restaurant was closed. Overall, we paid almost $300 for this room for one night and I’d avoid staying...

"There is room for improvement Everything needs upgrading, including the carpet. There was no microwave nor refridgerator; there was no lotion, not even water. The room service tried to open our door without knocking - this was creepy. This was not Marriott's standard at all"

"This was my first time at this hotel. Check in was super easy and helpful. The front desk staff was there to get us extra towels after being out all day. We were very happy to get freshened up. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. It was your typical standard room with a double queen. I was a little disappointed that their TVs were not able to connect for Netflix or other apps like other hotels. All the other amenities were good. I liked the pool inside and the breakfast was perfect....
