"We booked because we thought that we were having vies to the beach and it was across the street views to the road! My romantic surprise getaway turned into a terrible shock. The staff wasn´t either helpful, we arrived early in the morning so we asked to keep our luggage because we took a flight there, they said that we could kept in the laundy room, an open room with no surveillance at all. It was extremely expensive and a disaster..."

"This property hosts incredible views. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. We go frequently for weekend getaways. Coconut Charlie's has excellent food and the staff if friendly. The pool is clean and nice but lacks the tropical feel due to obstructed view with tall chain link fence. Pool feels confining with the gate and need for card access."

"The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is in a terrible place -on the wall right between the beds blowing cold air on our heads. Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work...

"Floors made the bottoms of socks black in seconds (not clean at all), no hand towels or floormat (only two towels provided), not informed the entire lobby was ripped up for construction before booking."

"Overall my stay was good, only thing bothered me that I stayed 6 nights with toilet clogged.. maintenance still on the way 😂😂😂. Thanks to my gym . However the lady at night shift tried to help me coming to the room trying to open it . Anyhow overall stay was good"
