"Check in was ridiculous. Pull up to find then that I have to get back in the car and drive to a different resort across gulf blvd to check in. While waiting in my car for my husband to check in the guard knocks on my window to question me. Cara everywhere. Property was great except for the bathroom in the front. Toilet was gross. But otherwise great. Lots for my money! Beautiful balcony and lovely pool"

"This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful. "
