The room was beyond what I expected with it’s cleanliness and space. It was filled with amenities like refreshments and small snacks. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They really cater to their guests to make them comfortable. I will definitely return and surely recommend this place for those looking to relax. "

"The free breakfast was a major selling point for me and it was an excellent daily buffet from 6-10 AM. Check-in showed I had booked two rooms (I had one) but it was resolved within a few minutes. Staff in every area were eager to help. When and if I return to Baguio I’ll stay here again, I have no reason to consider a change."

The staff are welcoming and hospitable. The best thing with this hotel is its location. If you want to experience Baguio in its original prestine atmosphere, this hotel is a good choice. Pine trees still abound in this area. I will definitely choose this hotel again in my next visit to Baguio."

I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. "
