Nice hotel in Rügen!

Very nice hotel close to the sea. The restaurant was very good as both for dinner and breakfirst. Pool was very nice both indoor and outdoor. The hotel is a good bit off from the nearest town, so do your shopping before arrival. Parking was outdoor. Quite and comfy hotel. Recommended!

The room was big and very well decorated, we liked the property and the service was nice. it is far from anywhere but that okay we stay for one night to relax and take the ferry next day, The dinner buffet was way expensive and not worth it at all. breakfast was great tho. I did enjoy the stay a bit pricey but I get it.

Sehr ruhige, naturnahe Lage mit ausgesprochen freundlichem Empfang an der Rezeption. Zimmer geräumig und modern. Der kleine Spa ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Frühstück sehr gut, mit großer Auswahl und frisch zubereiteten Omeletts und Spiegeleiern. Housekeeping aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension qualitativ sehr gut, der Service im Restaurant größtenteils überfordert und dadurch wenig gastfreundlich. Mit professioneller Kommunikation hätten viele Situationen deutlich besser gelöst werden können.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in sehr ruhiger Lage mit tollem Frühstück. Zimmer modern und sauber, Badezimmer mit Mängeln in der Sauberkeit bei Duschleisten und Fugen. Schwimmbad grundsätzlich gut, toller Bademeister, Pool jedoch ziemlich veraltet. Tolles Kinderbuffet am Abend, hätte ich mir für die Erwachsenen auch gewünscht. Die Abendkarte ist mir insgesamt zu hochtrabend, kein Hauptgang unter 25€, keine Flasche Wein für unter 35€. So wurden es dann eher die umliegenden Restaurants auf der Insel. Für mich insgesamt als Familie empfehlenswert. Hund pro Nacht für 35€, trotz tolles Hunter Bett, viel zu hoch. Hab ich in der Höhe nirgendwo anders erlebt.

Willkommen im Paradies, aber nur bis 6 Uhr! Das Hotel möchte etwas sein, was es nicht ist. Das Zimmer 102 hatten wir 3 Tage gebucht,befand sich im Haupthaus. Das Zimmer war auf dem ersten Blick gut gepflegt und machte einen neuen modernen Eindruck. Großer Fernseher, Wasserkocher,Kaffepad-Maschine, alles was das Herz begehrt. Aber als man etwas genauer hin sah, konnte man im Duschbereich in den Ecken Schimmel und schmutzige Ränder sehen. Der Überlauf im Waschbecken war verschmutzt und roch etwas. Positiv zu erwähnen ist das Frühstück welches sehr gut war und die Mitarbeiter dort waren auch sehr nett. Was ich persönlich sehr störend empfand war, dass um Punkt 6 Uhr im Haupthaus angefangen wurde zu putzen, zu saugen und es hörte sich an als ob Stühle und Tische durch die Gegend geschoben worden sind. An allen drei Tagen. An Tag 2 ging ich zur Rezeption um meinen Unmut zu äußern, dort erklärte man mir das ich damit Leben müsse, es ginge anders nicht. Ok, man bot mir ein anderes Zimmer an, aber für die eine noch übrig gebliebene Nacht war es für uns keine Option alles noch mal ein und wieder Auszupacken. Der Wellness-Bereich ist sehr veraltet. Die zwei kleinen Saunen boten keine Erholung. Zumal bei der einen Sauna die Tür defekt war. Dies war in einer weiteren Bewertung vor längerer Zeit auch schon mal angemerkt. Dort besteht sogar die Gefahr, dass man die Tür nicht mehr auf bekommt, nur mit sehr viel Kraft. Für mich ist ein Wiederkommen in dieses Hotel keine Option.

Zum Positiven: Frühstück super, aber auch teuer. Zimmer super und sehr hochwertig. Umgebung Hotelbereich könnte man öfters mal einigen, da fehlt etwas Liebe zum Detail. Wellnessbereich viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste und das Wasser war im Pool keine 15 Grad. Final war dann auch keiner im Wasser. Was aus meiner Sicht garnicht geht, ist die Tatsache, dass Hunde in alle Zimmer können. Bei uns waren 2 große Hunde auf der Etage, es hat gestunken und die Hunde haben ständig gebellt. Man kann ja einen Hundebereich mit ein paar Zimmern machen, aber wenn ich mir vorstelle, dass auf der Couch oder den Sesseln Hunde rumliegen und alles vollsabbern und sonst was, das geht bei so einer Preiskategorie einfach nicht. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt, WLAN ging die ganze Woche nicht und da dort der Mobilfunkempfang schlecht ist, war man ziemlich eingeschränkt. Fitnessraum direkt an der Lobby und sehr überschaubar, jeder konnte praktisch zuschauen. Kinderspielzimmer: Auch hier wieder lieblos alles in einen Raum gestellt, da könnte man mit ein bisschen Aufwand etwas massiv verbessern.

Das Hotel liegt eingebettet in die Boddenlandschaft Rügens mit Blick auf den Rassower Strom in absoluter Ruhe. Die Anlage ist im Aufbau einem Gutshof mit Nebengebäuden nachempfunden und präsentiert sich mit sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen. Die Gebäude sind über verglaste Gänge miteinander verbunden. Wir haben schon mehrmals dort gewohnt und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Seitdem das Hotel unter neuer Führung ist, hat sich vieles noch verbessert. So ist das Frühstück an Vielseitigkeit nicht mehr zu überbieten. Alles sehr schmackhaft und hochwertig. Auch beim Abendessen wird ein hohes kulinarisches Niveau geboten. Das Personal ist erfrischend freundlich auch im Umgang untereinander. Der Teamgedanke trägt und der Chef packt mit an. Alles in allem hat das Hotel bei uns einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Et dejligt hotel med ønske om forbedringer

Et ganske dejligt og fint hotel. Hotellet er moderne og værelserne er skønne. Jeg er dog lidt ærgerlig over spisning af aftensmaden. Vi kunne først få lov til at spise aftensmad kl.20.00 Rengøringen var perfekt. Spa, sauna og pool område burde blive udvidet i betragtning af antallet af besøgende. Det er ikke plads nok i højsæsoner. Vi havde bestilt halvpension, og det føltes som om at vi blev nedprioteret i forhold til de andre gæster. Vi var de første i restauranten og vi var de sidste der fik hovedretten. Vi er ikke de langsomme i denne sammenhæng. For lidt personale i restauranten? Eller en ændring af hvem der gør hvad?

Herzlichen Dank an das komplette Team! Alle, das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich aber die Damen beim Frühstücksbuffett und die Kollegin und der Kollege an der Rezeption! Sie lesen einen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und auch immer für ein Späßchen zu haben!
