Cracks all over the room in walls, tub cracked, foot prints on walls, paint on walls discolored by not cleaning and just stacking debris and dirt. Room door looked to have been kicked in at the bottom. 10 out of 10 do not recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn in Scottsboro. The staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful, truly going above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was delicious (including some of the best biscuits I've had in a very long time), and the location is set away from the main road and thus quite peaceful. We would come back here in a heartbeat."

"Firstly room I reserved wasn't ready early as promised nor ready 15 minutes before check in. Room I got was dirty, my dog was eating popcorn fried chicken crumbs off stained rugs!! Furniture stained!! Food left in refrigerator!! Huge box of pizza bagels!! Lights blinking over a dated dirty microwave. Shower curtain so short (just a liner) water ran out onto floor. Shampoo mounted to shower wall fell of while using Elevator was under total remake they worked on 7 days at least during my stay,...
