"I loved the time I spent in this hotel. I had an amazing experience. They cleaned my room everyday and always refilled my refrigerator with beverages (booked the premium room package). The only complaint I had was that our body wash was not refilled, but that was not an issue since I came with my own toiletries. "

"NOT 4 Star worthy - Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good, but No hot water. Hot water is only from 7 to 10 AM. The showers are Not water protected, and after our showers; there was a mess, water all over - We complained to the front desk; they are very nice, but the owners need to fix these issues…. "

"Pillows could be renewed. Staff was cleaning the room next to us and woke us up. Requested coffee to my room and took hours to get. Asked about how we could watch Netflix on the tv in the room and was told that they would ask maintenance, never heard back…twice. Overall the room was clean. It is located in a good part of the city. Easy to walk to the sites. It’s an adequate room for the price point. Probably not nice for me to remember to go back when in Rome again."
