"Negatives:
Needed better cleaning, there was an issue with the master bathroom so there was a dripping sound going all night. Overall build quality was questionable. Someone had a dog that started barking around 6am every day (luckily I was there for work so that’s when I was getting up anyway, but it bothered me on the weekend). Owner just waltzed in one of the days, didn’t even knock, which was strange and uncomfortable. Super nice guy, he tried to give me a bottle of wine for the trouble, but...
