The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. "Definitely a great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. This hotel is about 10 mins from Yale which worked for us because we stood 30 mins away the last 2 times for more money and less amenities. We really liked the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and the fruit was fresh. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen with a big fridge. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. "

"We were comfortable and close to the elevator. The Army Reserve group on weekend maneuvers were 40 in number and polite. Families took good care of their children. The staff was very helpful. Holiday Inn and Qunita are top on our list for short stays."

"Too noisy—you can hear I-95 traffic all night, and you can hear people moving around in adjacent rooms and the room above. Other than that it was a good room and the hotel is pretty nice"

"Very old rooms that are barely still functional. It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it did not look like any of the those rooms are open yet. The included Breakfast was ok."

"It is by the highway but was reasonably quiet. No smoking all over and that was great. Room setup was inconvenient: bathroom next to the bed. Kind of weird. Made the room appear so small. Not much selection for breakfast compared to similar hotels in the neighborhood."

"I will say this review is skewed because I had a terrible experience with Jason at the front desk. Based on the experience of his rudeness and lack of professionalism, I will never go back. The outside can be improved, there were glass bottles standing up in the parking lot in spaces and just overall not kept. As you walk in the swinging door is broken and the lobby is small. We stayed on the second floor and there were no elevators. The room itself smelled clean and the bed was soft. However,...

"Avoid at all cost place is a dump. Bathroom outdated 1960s. Shower curtain is cloth so water just spills though on the floor. Dirty curtains. Stains on floor. TV didn’t work. "
