"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder.
Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen.

"We loved this hotel. So beautiful inside and out. Definitely suggest you book a Roma with patio and pool access. The hotel staff is so lovely. They genuinely care about you having a wonderful relaxing time. Loved the breakfast choices. I highly suggest you get breakfast in patio or the room my favorite was the Cretan yogurt bowl. OMG good. This is a definite 10/10 hotel. "

"If you want to relax and enjoy the beach then this place is perfect. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"Overall amazing experience. Very clean, food was varied and tasty. Only downside is the beach was close, but there is no sunbeds for free. You need to pay to rent the sunbeds, as they are owned by another hotel. Service in the hotel was very good and prompt, they were very helpful throughout our stay. Definetely worth it if you just want a couple days of relax and enjoying inside. "
"Beautiful setting and our room on 8th floor had amazing views over the sea and of the forteza. The room itself was very spacious with a separate good size bedroom with plenty of storage and open plan living room/kitchen area. Kitchen was well equipped although a few more glasses would have been nice. The bathroom was also a good size , the only negative was the shower which was over the bath and it was difficult to contain the water which sprayed everywhere including the floor. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds and a nice bar area as well as an evening bar with stunning views. The staff were great . Very helpful and the cleaning was done to a high standard. Approx 15 min walk into the old town . Path was quite narrow in places and road was busy but easy to get buses and taxis. There were quite a lot of steps to the hotel just to be aware"
