Beautiful hotel

Beautiful hotel with pool, included breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I would liked to have stayed longer. Key issue though, it is in a remote location so you absolutely need to arrange transportation to and from with hotel. We did not do this and paid price. We rented a car but had to return it an hour away. And train stops and taxis need to be coordinated. Whew.

Cadre magnifique

Séjour d'une nuit. L'hôtel ne nous a pas déçu encore plus joli que sur les photos et bon accueil. Grande Chambre confortable et propre, salle de bain un peu petite et rien pour poser les trousses de toilette. Espaces extérieurs et piscine juste magnifique. Petit déjeuner correct, j'attendais mieux par rapport au standing. Le seul point négatif c'est que nous n'avons pas été prévenus qu'il y avait un mariage le soir de notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pu profiter des extérieurs qu'un pru le lendemain matin. Par contre, bonne isolation phonique de notre chambre.

non è un 4 stelle! bagno piccolo e senza finestre, ancora con al cordicella per lo sciacquone. camera piccola. la sera c'è sempre un evento nel giardino e c'è rumore fino a notte fonda. la colazione è minimale, ridicola la parte salata. non c'è parcheggio riservato agli ospiti.

So la la! Grand Hotel aus den 70ern. Viel Pomp und alter Stuck, Marmor, Konleuchter, Teppiche. Eine Hochzeitslokation mit grandiosem Ausblick. Wir konnten den Garten, Pool, Restaurant usw. nicht nutzen da eine Hochzeit stattfand. . Musik bis in den Abend die aber dann im Zimmer nicht mehr störend war. Auf den Zimmern viel Schein, weniger Sein. Altes teils defektes Bad, tropfende Klima, dunkel teils ein muffiger Geruch. Aber alles sauber.

Only for weddings

Primarily a wedding destination hotel. Restaurant was closed on first night and we were made to feel like an imposition the second night because they had a wedding party. We were seated in the back of the room and served when they weren't busy with the wedding. Bakery/pizza parlor was only other option in town. Staff there was very nice and accommodating. Remote mountain village with nice views but the GPS will drive you through narrow mountain roads for miles from Catania! Rooms are decorated in cheesy gold wallpaper with red carpets. Drapes around the bed fit tight in with the decor. No shower but large tub (in our suite). Window opened onto vacant lot or road.

Hotel un peu dur à trouver sans un GPS mais on a été ravi dès notre arrivée. Cadre de l'hotel très joli et entretenu, avec une jolie vue de loin de la côte. Chambre grande et très propre avec des petits chaussons à disposition pour la sortie de la douche, petit balcon pratique pour étendre les serviettes de plage et boire un petit verre frais le soir. Trés bon petit déjeuner avec du choix, autant salé que sucré: des gâteaux individuels, des tartes, des fruits frais, salade de fruits, du jambon cru et cuit, du salami, du fromage... Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à la rosa dei venti!!!

A gem of a hotel!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel with a view of the Mediterranean from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite our limited Italian. They even prepared a packet of excursions for us in English, including a map of the area. The breakfast and especially the dinner were excellent - one of the best meals on our trip. The rooms and bathrooms were large, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. And a bonus was the reasonable room price. We would highly recommend this gem to anyone!

Vue panoramique sur la Méditerranée

Une nuit très reposante dans le confort! Un séjour très relaxant dans cet environnement vraiment agréable. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à trouver cet hôtel car j'arrivais à la noirceur par contre, une fois rendu, le service y était impeccable, la chambre l'était aussi!
