"The staff are all awesome. We had an issue with the stairs in our room and the staff resolved the room change swiftly. Check room layout and position before booking. Everyone was so friendly. Very clean rooms. The hotel is a historic looking building and retains nice period features. The location is a great one . Metro station is a short walk away and central to walk anywhere really."
