"The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood, nice landscaping and the view of the lake is amazing, it might look even better during the summer months. I f you need a getaway from the city’s busy life that’s your place! Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional, always happy to provide any help customers may need. I didn’t have a pet but I met many clients with their dogs. "

The continental breakfast in the morning's was plentiful. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommended the hotel to anyone. "Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."
